Fill out “SNZ Request Authorisation for service.doc” or “Credit request form.doc”. E-mail (returns@synnex.co.nz) or fax (09-272 5800) the form to Synnex. Synnex will process accordingly & issue a “Return Authorization” (RA) number back to customer. Return the unit back to Synnex with the issued RA number attached on the outside of the parcel.
