Forms Overview
At Synnex, we issue 2 different types of Return Authorisation
Numbers (RA Number) these are Credit RA and Service RA. The
different RA forms are as follows

Request Form
This form is only used if goods are returned in resaleable
condition.

Form (Synnex Distribution Products) [For Registered Dealers
Only]
This form is only used to return faulty goods. If credit is
required (DOA items only, returned within 7 days from Synnex
invoice date) for goods that have been replaced and a new
invoice number; otherwise a replacement item will be supplied.

Return
Authorisation Procedure
In order for Synnex to improve the efficiency of issuing an
RA number promptly, your cooperation in completing all the
details required on the form is necessary and appreciated.
- All goods returned to Synnex must have an RA Number printed
clearly and visible outside the box (do not write directly
on any cartons containing DOA items).
- All goods returned without a valid RA Number will be rejected
and returned to sender.
- All credit RA Numbers are valid for 7 days from date of
issue.
- All service RA Numbers are valid for a period of two (2)
weeks from date of issue, any expired RA Numbers will necessitate
reapplying for a new RA Number.
- All goods returned for warranty must have a specific fault
description (The following descriptions are not acceptable
FAULTY, NOT WORKING or DOA).
- All warranty items NOT distributed by Synnex will be rejected.
- Customers are reminded that all RA goods to be returned
MUST be properly and securely packed to prevent goods from
being damaged during transit and handling.
- All warranty items received by Synnex are subject to inspection
for physical damage, misuse or any other warranty verifications
set by vendors.
For
Registered Dealers
The following freight charges for return and delivery of RA
items will apply:
Delivery to Synnex - at customers expense.
Return to Customer - at Synnex's expense.
The issuance of an RA Number does NOT constitute a guarantee
of acceptance by Synnex. Synnex reserves the right to reject
any RA item if the condition of the goods received is deemed
by Synnex to be unacceptable. Rejection of goods (including
DOA items) may apply to items returned in poor physical condition,
damaged, or with missing accessories.

it back Synnex New Zealand.
Return
Goods Details
Customers canceling orders after goods have been picked will
incur a 15% restocking fee. Such fee shall be at the sole
discretion of Synnex New Zealand management. Customers cancelling
orders after goods have been picked and a consignment note
has been issued will incur a 15% restocking fee and the applicable
freight charge. Please note that Synnex incur the freight
costs once the consignment note has been issued. Customers
cancelling orders after the goods have been despatched must
apply for an Return Authorisation number and follow the procedure
as detailed on the Synnex Website.
Any goods returned with a carton that has a "broken vendor
seal" or "broken security seal" will either
be rejected for credit or incur a non-negotiable 15% re-stocking
fee. Please note that Synnex reserve the undisputed right
to reject any goods deemed non-compliant with Synnex's return
policy criteria.
