17 February 2021, Auckland - Synnex New Zealand has appointed Chris Plowright to head up its channel and commercial sales
In a newly created role, Chris will now be responsible for managing Synnex’s sales teams, and its sales operational strategies. "As we move into 2021, our focus is to build a superior customer experience. It is crucial for our business to understand what our channel partners are looking for, identifying the market opportunities, and closing the gaps between customer expectations and reality. My priority is to work with our sales teams so they can successfully deliver greater value to our business partners."

This new appointment will see Synnex continue to solidify its position in the local market by driving partner engagements and accelerating channel growth.
Prior to this appointment, Chris held senior leadership roles in Samsung New Zealand and UK, managing a portfolio of Print and AV solutions.
Chris has also held roles at Microsoft, New Zealand, and HP UK, managing accounts like Dixons, Comet and Amazon.
